I have been editing text since 2007, mainly for people who communicate in English as their second language (ESL). My interests are broad and not limited to the natural sciences, and I have also edited text in a diverse range of subjects, including Artificial Intelligence, prosthesis, marine engineering, robotics, news media, business websites/social media, history, psychology and political science. I am familiar with the conventions of both British and American English, and have experience with using British Standard proof-correction marks, Microsoft Office programs, marking up PDFs, and Overleaf/LaTeX.
